The Imitation Game (2014)

Genre: Biography | Drama | Thriller

In the movie, Alan Turing shared great inspiration to people who wants to do something, which are difficult to imagine or to make it possible; Alan told Clarke once that “Sometimes it is the people no one imagines anything of, who do the things that no one can imagine.” The quote was shared once from Christopher Morcom, who’s one of the reason why Alan is having playing with cryptography.

This historical and poignant thriller film is sort of how the digital computer evolved just by the invention that was made by Alan Turing. This movie is based on the biography Alan Turing: The Enigma by Andrew Hodges and once played as tv series entitled “Breaking the Code” from BBC Drama. They showed how Alan and his fellow mathematicians break the Enigma Code during World War II.

If you’re not fond of watching drama plus biography type of movie this might get you bored. This is such an inspirational movie and epic history that’s worth to remember. I rate this movie as 9 out of 10, 9 because (1) This is the best masterpiece or a remarkable British Film especially when Benedict Cumberbatch is the one who take the lead role as Alan Turing (2) Classic and shares great inspiration on how they fought their idea and how they took their part during World War II (3) It has lots of great lessons to take note and to apply unto things that you wanted to make it happen. The remaining 1 point is I am just curious who shared this story about the secret mission of Alan Turing and to his team.
